Ms. Cook

I began Taekwondo at the very end of quarantine becuase I was bored sitting at home. I quickly found a sport I loved and a family-like team who give each other support endlessly. Since I started training in September of 2022, I have earned 2 state titles, one in traditional forms and one in combat sparring. I also earned a District Title in Combat Sparring this last competition season! I love competing, being able to connect with others and teaching them to do what I train to do every day!
